Flying a 60% Cub – Hint: It’s as fun as it sounds

Posted by David Ebel on December 21, 2009

Barry Finck has been bringing this gigantic beauty to the field for a little while now.  And we’re finally starting to see some amazing maneuvers being done regularly.  I even got my hand at flying the beast, up high, and inverted a little.  It was a blast.   Here is a pic of Barry doing something a little more amazing with it…

  1. Four Toad Sally said

A couple years ago I was drummer ina band called ‘four toad sally’. The name derived from a girl our bass player went to school with. Her dad ran over her foot with the mower when she was, like, 10…..Funny thing? She came to town to visit said bassist and his girl, came to see us play, and, after being called ‘four toed sally’ all her life, she failed to put two and two together…Too drunk, or very cool..I’m still not sure.
